Ingredients
:
6 hard boiled eggs
150g oil
100g khus khus seeds
50g ginger paste
1 cup decicated coconut
25g dhania
9 lemons
25g cloves, dalchini
2 elaichies
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp methi

Method
:
Make small holes on the sides of the eggs
with a knife and fry till golden brown.
Grind grated coconut, khus khus seeds, dhaniato
a fine powder. Make a fine powder of cloves,dalchini
,elaichies separately.
Mix the lemon juice, salt, chili powder,
turmeric,cloves .
Fry methi seeds & add fried eggs, &
all the above mixtures Remove from heat
and store the pickle
