Ingredients
:
4" ginger piece
12 green chillies
Little Imli ,Gur
3 sprigs curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
:
Take a pan heat oil , fry green chilies
along with curry leaves for a while and
keep it aside.
Mix ginger, tamarind, salt, jaggery to the
above green chilies, curry leaves and blend
to a fine paste.
