Ingredients
:
100g ginger, chopped
200g red chilies
4 tbsp oil
Salt to tast
tamarind
3 sprigs curry leaves
gur

Method
:
Fry
ginger in a pan .Add red chillies ,curry
leaves and fry for few minutes. Allow it
to cool.
Make a fine paste of tamarind & salt.
Mix gur to the above paste.Blend all the
above. Store in a tight jar.
