Ingredients
:
13 lemon ,medium sized
1 heaped tbsp
2 leveled tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp.Tumeric powder
1/2 tsp. rai

Method
:
Keep whole lemons in very hot water covered
for 12 minutes.
Strain water and cut lemon into small pieces.
Cook this in 11/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
Add salt and turmeric powder. Stop heating
& allow it to cool.
Fry rai till it splutters & add to lemon.
Add chilli powder & serve. It remains
good for 3 weeks only.
