Ingredients
:
2 sour grated and dried mangoes
4 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp rai
1 tbsp methi powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp methi seeds
4 red chillies
1/2 cup oil
6 garlic flakes

Method
:
Mix grated mangoes ,chilli, rai, methi powder
& salt
Fry red chillies, rai and jeera until they
splutter.
Add garlic flakes .Cool it and add to the
mango mixture.
Store it .It remains good
for 1 week.You can eat it with rice.
