Ingredients
:
Mixed, finely chopped vegetables -5 cups
(Carrot, Cabbage, Potato, fresh peas,
cauliflower, etc.)
lemon -7
3/4 cup Red chilli powder
3/4 cup Salt
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 tsp rai
1/2 tsp methi powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder

Method
:
Peel vegetables & cut into small pieces.
Pressure cook vegetables till one whistle.
Allow it to cool. Drain excess water. Add
salt, chillipowder and lemon juice. Fry
rai in a pan.Allow it to cool and mix with
pickle. Add methi & jeera powder at
the end.
Mix the pickle once every 5 hours for one
day & serve.
