Ingredients
:
5 pealed tomatoes.
5 garlic pieces chopped
small piece ginger chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 spoon vinegar,
4 spoon oil,
1/2 spoon red chilli powder,
1/2 spoon aji-no-moto.

Method
:
Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces
Put the ginger, garlic and pieces of tomatoes
in the pan containing hot oil. When it becomes
soft crush it.
Put salt, pepper, vinegar, aji-no-moto and
chillies in it. Boil the mixture till the
oil comes out of it.
Note:
To peel the tomatoes put them in the deep
fridge for a day. It will become like a
hard ball.when they become soft peel them.
