Ingredients
:
200 gms Gram dal flour
4 tbsp oil
200 gms corriander
salt to taste
1 tbsp turmeric powder

Method:
In the flour ass 2 tbsp oil salt shili
powder and jeera Knesd this flour
with little warm water and shape into
long Kabab like In very hot water
and shape boil these long long gottas
for sometimes.
When done remove it from water and
cut into pieces In a kadai heat little
oil put hing jeera tejpatta and Add
thes boil gatta pieces into the kadai
and sauti To the curds add salt turmericpowder,
chili powder and 1 tbsp gram flour
Beat the curds well these powder and
add it to the kadai Keep stirring
all it starts to boil let it cook
for another 10-15 minutes or till
done Serve hot
