Besan 550 Grams
Sago (Sabudana) 2 Tblspn
Oil 3 Tblspn
Garlic Paste 1 Teaspn
Chilli powder 1-2 Teaspn
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspn
Black pepper powder 1/4 Teaspn
Curds 250 Grams
Chopped onion 3 Nos
Ginger paste 1 Teaspn
Cinnamon 1 Inch
Bay leaves 3 Nos
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Salt As req
Asafoetida 1-2 pinch
Chopped corinder 1-2 Bunch

Method:
Start with mixing besan, cummin seeds,
sago, asafoetida, chilli powder, salt,
chopped onion, little oil.
Then add oil & make a dough. Now
roll the dough into small finger like
sticks & add into boiling water.
So cook for 10-12 minutes & separate.
Then cut into small pieces & fry
in deep oi land make a paste of ginger,
garlic, onion, black pepper, cummin
seeds & cinnamon. Now heat oil
in a pan, add bay leaves & masala
paste and fry till brown by adding
curds. To this add the water in which
rolls were cooked. Later Boil &
add already fried rolls and cook till
gravy is thick. Finally garnish with
chopped coriander & serve hot.
