Ingredients
:
2 cup rice
250 gms ghee/oil
250 gms potatoes
250 gms rotalu
250 gms peas
4 slices bread
100 gms onion
500 gms curds
juice of 1 lemon
few flakes of garlic
1 inch ginger
2 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp corrinder powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
100 gms tomatoes
10 kaju & kismis
coriander leaves (fresh)

Method:
Soak rice for 2 hours cook on high
flame till done Cut potatoes onion
tomatoes into round pieces cut bread
into 4 squares of each slices &
deep fry cut 100 gms onion into rings
1 by 4 deep fry in little oil add
jeera tejpattaonion ginger garlic
paste fry for sometimes.
Add curds & this masala fry for
sometimes Add the potatoes ratalu
peas etc etc cook for sometimes Add
the fried bread pieces kaju kismis
also to the rice add salt lemon onion
rings garam masala fresh coriander
and kaju kismis in an flat based pan
spread rice on the rice make a layer
of the vegetables lastly spread the
rice on the top layer on the layer
of rice sprinkle 1 tbsp mlk and little
butter and cook for sometimes on very
low flame till done
