Ingredients
:
Green moong dal 550 Grams
Ginger 1 Inch
Coriander 1 Teaspn Ghee 3 Tblspn
Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspn
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Red chilli powder 1/2 Teaspn Turmeric
powder 1/2 Teaspn
Salt As req Garam masala
pwd 1/2 Teaspn
Lemon juice 1-2 Tblspn

Method:
First cookgreen moong dal with ginger
and water till soft. Then drain and
remove ginger. Now heat ghee in a
pan, add cumin seeds and heat till
crackle.
Later add asafoetida, red chillies,
turmeric and salt, add cooked dal.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Finally add garam masala powder and
lemon juice.
