Ingredients
:
8-9 Green chillies
salt to taste
2 cupgramflour
1tbsp red chili powder
pinch of soda bi carbonate
fresh corrinader leaves
2-3 boiled potatoes
all powdered dry masala
oil for frying

Method:
Make slit in the green chili. Boil
it for 5 minutes in hot water Dry
or wipe the water and remove the seeds
from the chilies (if spicy is needed
then keep the seeds if not remove
it out)fill the chili with the dry
masala powdered and potatoe masala
to make potatoes masala boil the potatoes
in a small kadai heat oil add green
chilies pinch of jeera or cumin seeds
and soute for sometimes add finely
cut potato pieces and salt to taste
and all dry powdered masala accordingingly
to the taste fill the potato masalas
inside the green chilies dip in the
gramflour masala by (gramflour salt
sosa bi carbonate & chili water
accordingly to make a smooth flowing
but rice better dip well covering
all sides of the green chilli and
dip fry serve hot either full chilli
or may out intotwo half.
