Ingredients

Wheat flour 1/2Cup
Salt As req
Cumin seed powder 1 Teaspn
Crushed green chilli 5 Nos
Garlic (optional) 5 Cloves
Asafoetida 2 Pinch
Grated coconut 4 Tblspn
Gram flour 1 Cup
Bajra flour 3/4 Cup
Sugar As req
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspn
Crushed ginger 2 Inch
Ajwain 1 Teaspn
Oil 5 Tblspn
Chopped coriander 3-4 Tblspn

Method:
First mix wheat flour, bajra flour,
gram flour, salt, sugar, cumin seed
powder, turmeric pwd, crushed green
chillies, crushed ginger, crushed
garlic.Make sure to mix well and knead
lightly.
Then make long cylindrical shape and
steam for half an hour, cool and cut
into long pieces.
Now heat oil and add ajwain seeds
and asafoetida add muthia and fry
till brown. Finally garnish with grated
coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
