Cabbage
Dhania leaves
Grated fresh Coconut
Salt
Green Chillies
Mustard
Lemon juice

Method:
Grate cabbage using strainless steel grater.
Mix dhania leaves, grated fresh coconut
and salt to the cabbage.
Take a small kadai heat oil put rai, green
chillies and mix well with salad squeeze
lemon juice.
Variations
:
Capsicum & Cabbage Salad: Follow the
above recipe. Add grated capsicum also along
with cabbage. (or slice it into very thin
pieces and add)
