Ingredients
:
1 cup basmati rice
4-5 spring onions finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
3 cabbage leaves finely chopped
7 french beans finely chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 spoon aji-no-moto
1 1/2 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. chilli sauce

Method:
Boil rice & drain. Cool in a plate.
Fry vegetables, except spring onions till
crisp, add spring onions, salt and sauces.
Mix the rice and vegatables gently. Add
sauces and salt as required.
Heat well & serve with manchurian vegetable.
