Ingredients
:
1 cup fresh green beans
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup green onions, sliced with tops
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp kali mirch seeds
1/8 tsp oregano

Method:
Wash, and cut the green beans. Fill a large
pan with water, bring to a boil and add
green beans. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Drain
and keep aside .
Combine the green beans with all other ingredients.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve chilled .
