Kosambari Salad

Ingredients :
1cup green moong dal
1cucumber
salt to taste,
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 tbsp dhaniyal eaves
4-6curry leaves
2-3green chillies
1 tsp rai

Method:
Soak green moong dal in water for 1 hour. Squeeze out and take in a bowl. Slice cucumber into thin long pieces.

Mix both together with salt, lemon juice, grated fresh coconut, leaves and curry leaves. Fry green chillies in oil along with rai seeds and mix with salad. Serve after half an hour. (Prepare grated carrots or cabbage in the same way).
