Ingredients
:
6 1/2 cups of cooked basmati rice
1 1/2 cups of green peas
1 onion chopped
1 tsp jeera seeds
3 garlic flakes,paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 laung
1 dalchini
2 elaichies
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
2 tbps dhania, cut
1 tbps cashewnuts, chopped

Method:
Fry the ginger-garlic paste in ghee. When
it turns golden brown add onion, laung,
dalchini, elaichi & fry tillonions change
colour.
Add peas, cashewnuts and dhania . Cook on
low flame till peas become soft.
Mix cooked rice with the above mixture &
heat for some time &serve.
