Ingredients
:
3 - 4 red potatoes, skinned & cubed
1/2 cup fresh green beans,trimmed
1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 cup each celery &onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dill weed
2 tsp dry rai

Method:
Boil potatoes in water for 5-6 minutes.
Add beans, boil for 2 more minutes and drain
all the water.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes and beans
with olives, chopped celery and onion.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Toss with vegetables. Chill for few hours,
stirring occasionally and serve.
