Ingredients
:
2 1/2medium tomatoes chopped
3 tbsp methi leaves chopped
2 cups of rice
2 tbsp ghee
Make a smooth paste:
1onion
2 garlic flakes
ginger
1 laung
1dalchini
1 elaichi
3 green chillies
1 onion chopped
3 tej patta
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp jeera powder

Method:
Fry tej patta till they turn colour.Add
onions & fry till translucent.
Now add the onion paste and fry till the
mixture turns brown and loses all moisture.
Now add the tomato and methi leaves. Fry
for 3 minutes. Add the spices and continue
frying for some time.
Mix the rice and fry it for few minutes.
Add salt . Stop heating.Add 3 cups of water
& heat in microwave for 20 minutes.
