Ingredients
:
1/2 kg fish fillets, cleaned & de boned
2-3 potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed
150 gm onions
100 gm oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste to marinate
1 tsp chilli powder to marinate
1/2 tsp haldi powder to marinate
2 tsp lime juice
2 bunches fresh dhaniya leaves,
ground to a paste
1 bunch pudina leaves, ground to a paste
10 green chillies, ground to a paste
1 tsp chironje seeds, roasted and ground
2 tsp khus khus seeds, roasted and ground
1 tsp cashew nuts, roasted and ground
2 tbsp ground fresh coconut
Salt to taste

Method
:
Mix chilli powder, haldi , ginger garlic
paste and marinate the fish fillets and
mashed potatoes. Rub the fillets with ground
green paste( pudina leaves & dhaniyar
leaves) and leave for 1/2 an hour.
Slice the onions and fry in oil till light
brown in color. Remove and spread them out
on a flat plate. When cool, ground to soft
paste.
Mix the roasted and ground powders to the
onions paste and apply this paste to the
fish fillets.
When the pieces are mixed well, spread them
on a flat baking dish. Pour oil on top and
bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes till
light brown on top.
