Ingredients
:
1 shell fish or any other fish
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 grated coconut
1 big onion
4 green chillies
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 small onion, chopped
For seasoning :
2 tsp chili powder
Small ball of imli
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp methi seeds
2 tbspdhaniya powder
1/2 bunch dhaniya leaves
1 tsp saunf 2-3 curry leaves
1 big tomato
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method
:
Clean and cut fish into big slices. Roast
grated coconut with aniseed, chopped onions
and curry leaves in 1 tbsp of oil till gratings
are brown and blend to make a paste .
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste,
coriander powder, turmeric, salt, water,
and boil for a minute.
Add fish pieces and cook fish till it is
done. To this, mix coconut paste along with
coconut milk. Finally add curry leaves and
dhaniya leaves. Boil and remove from heat.
