Ingredients
:
250g big size prawns
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 small bunch dhainya leaves
20g garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp til seeds
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method
:
Clean the prawns and do not remove the tail
portion In the middle, make a spot horizontally
with a knife.
Mix salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and
stuff in the middle. Mix 1 tbsp of til seeds,
1 tbsp oil, chili powder, cilantro, salt
and blend to make a paste. Pat the prawns
dry with a paper tissue, apply the above
mix to the pieces.
Roll the pieces in remaining sesame seeds
and fry the pieces in the oil until theyget
crispy. Serve hot with any sauce.
