Prawn Til Tikka

Ingredients :
250g big size prawns
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 small bunch dhainya leaves
20g garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp til seeds
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method :
Clean the prawns and do not remove the tail portion In the middle, make a spot horizontally with a knife.

Mix salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and stuff in the middle. Mix 1 tbsp of til seeds, 1 tbsp oil, chili powder, cilantro, salt and blend to make a paste. Pat the prawns dry with a paper tissue, apply the above mix to the pieces.
