Ingredients
:
12 slices Bread
120 gm Cheese, grated
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic paste
Water as required
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
:
Dip the bread slices in water, remove them
immediately and squeeze dry.
Mix the ground masala paste, bread slices,
salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and
shape into small medium sized balls. Flatten
each ball slightly , put a little cheese
in the centre and roll into a ball again.
Deep fry in hot oil till done
