Ingredients
:
105gms. Flour
50gms. Powdered sugar
65gms. Butter
65 gms. Chopped Cashews
2 tsp. Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Milk

Method
:
Beat butter and sugar together until smooth
& fluffy. Add
the vanilla essence. Sieve the flour and
fold into the butter. Add milk to make it
thick.
Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape
and cut into equal round pieces.
Then moisten the top of each cookie with
milk and put chopped cashew on each. Bake
at 200 C for 15 minutes.
