Ingredients
:
3 cups boiled macaroni
1 chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp finely chopped green
chilli (optional)
3 to 4 slices of grated cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 chopped spring onion
Salt to taste

Method
:
Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1
minute. Add the capsicum, tomatoes, green
chillies and fry again for 1 minute.
Add the macaroni, cheese and salt &
and pepper sprinkle the spring onion on
top.
