Pohechi Vade

Preparation Time : 15 minutes.
Cooking Time :
15 minutes.

Ingredients :

2 tbsp moong dal
2 cups poha (beaten rice)
5 tbsps finely chopped spinach
2 tbsps chopped dhaniya leaves
1 1/2 tsps lemon juice
2 tsps sugar
4 green chillies, finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

Method :
Soak the moong dal in cold water for 1 hour. Wash the beaten rice and leave to drain for 10 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, shape into medium size balls and flatten them.
