Preparation

Ingredients :
2 tbsp moong dal
2 cups poha (beaten rice)
5 tbsps finely chopped spinach
2 tbsps chopped dhaniya leaves
1 1/2 tsps lemon juice
2 tsps sugar
4 green chillies, finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

Method
:
Soak the moong dal in cold water for 1 hour.
Wash the beaten rice and leave to drain
for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, shape
into medium size balls and flatten them.
Heat the oil. Fry the vadas and cook until
golden brown
