Ingredients
:
170 gms. Plain flour
115 gms. butter
170 gms. Castor Sugar
1 tsp. Orange food Color
1 1/2 tsp. Orange Essence
1/4 cup cashew

Method
:
Cream butter and sugar.Now mix essence and
color to the above.
Sieve
the flour and add to the mixture. Make a
dough.
Make
heart shape pieces using a cutter. Garnish
with cashew .
Put
it on a greased baking dish and bake at
180°C. till light brown.
