Ingredients

12 Bread slice
500 gm Potatoes (boiled)
250 gm Green Beans
100 gm Carrot
150 gm Capcium
1/2 cup dhaniya finely chopped
6 Green Onion finely chopped
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Aji no moto
1 cup Maida Paste
Salt to taste

Method
:
Cut all breads from the middle (Cut it round
). Cut Green beans, Carrot length wise and
keep it in cold water for two hours. mash
the potatoes. Cut capcium in length wise.
Heat oil in frying pan and add greenbeans
and carrot to hot oil mix aji-no-moto powder
to it and mix well. leave it on heat for
ten minutes. add capcium and cook uncovered
for ten minutes.
Take it from the heat and when it gets cool
add mashed potatoes, Salt, Chilli sauce,
Soya sauce, green onion and coriander leaves
to it. Put stuffing on the bread and press
gentely, apply maida paste on the strffing
and roll it in the bread crums.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden, (fry gold
coin like upside down).
