Ingredients

1 small tin Cream of Asparagus
1/2 kg Tomatoes (cut into small
pieces).
1 medium sized Onion
1 medium sized Potato
3 - 4 tsp Rice
100 gms Carrots
250 gms Peas
1/2 tsp White vinegar
3 tsp Tomato sauce
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Butter
6 cups Water
Salt to taste

Method:
Cook tomatoes, Potato and Onion in the pressure
cooker with six cups of water and rice.
Cook till done.
Cut the carrots in small pieces and cook
in the salted water along with peas, when
cooked perfectely drain and keep aside.
Blend the cooked vegetable in blender and
stain the soup. Mix this soup with cream
of asparagus. Now add cornflour with milk
and mix with soup.
Put this soup on high flame for 10 -12 mins.
Add salt, Paper and butter to it. Serve
hot soup with vinegar, tomato sauce, cooked
peas and carrots.
