Ingredients
:
2 cups of mixed vegetables (french beans,
carrots, green peas,potato)
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp plain flour or cornflour
3 cups milk
3-4 tsp butter
Grated cheese

Method:
Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1
min. Add the vegetables and fry again for
2 - 3 mins.
Add 3 cups of water and cook until the vegetables
are soft. Mix the flour and milk and add
to the vegetables. Cook for at least 4 mins.
Serve hot with grated cheese.
