Ingredients
:
6 cups Vegetable stock/water
4 -5 Onions
1/2 cup Cheese
6 tsp Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
Cut Onion in very small pieces. Put oil
in frying pan and add onion, when onion
is light brown add veg. stalk to it and
leave it for 20 -25 mins on medium heat.
Add salt, pepper, and cheese to the soup
and leave it for another 10 mins. Serve
soup hot with bread sticks, garlic bread.
