Ingredients
:
1/2 kg potatoes
1 inch ginger
3 tomatoes
1tsp chilli powder
2 green chillies
2 tsp dhaniya powder
2 tsp jeera powder
1 bunch of dhaniya leaves finely chopped
For
Chaat Masala:
1 tbsp dhania seeds
1/2 tsp pepper corn
2 red chillies
1 tbsp amchoor
(all ingredients should be
roasted and powdered )

Method
:
Chop the tomatoes,slice the ginger,boil
potatoes in salted water and cut into pieces.Add
chaat masala, dhaniya, jeera,chilli powder
to the potatoes.
Heat oil in a vessel, add tomatoes and cook
till pulpy, add ginger,cook for 2 minutes
or till oil seperates.Add green chillies,
potatoes, salt. Cook on a low fire for 5
minutes,Garnish the chop coriander leaves.
