Ingredients
:
500 gms Apple
Sugar according to weight
(3/4 cup of pulp)
1 Lemon juice
2 Cloves

Method
:
Peel the apple & slice them .Weigh them
and take the same amount of sugar. Put the
apple in a vessel with half cup of water
.
Cover & simmer on low fire till they
turn soft .Then mash the apple add sugar,
lemon juice & cloves .Go on stirring
till the jam thickens and sets .Cool &
bottle.
