Ingredients
:
300 ml thick milk 1 tbsp Liquid
Gulcose 40 gms of sugar
1 tsp of Vanilla essence
30 gms of cocoa powder 55 gms
white butter 1 pinch cream of tartar (optional
)

Method
:
Put sugar ,milk ,cocoa ,gulcose and butter
in a thick pan.
Heat till sugar dissolves. Cook till soft
ball consistency. Bring down the fire and
keep for 5 mins in a pan.
Add vanilla essence and beat , pour into
a greased tray. When warm cut into pieces.
