Ingredients
:
2 heaped cups of Amul milk powder
1 tbsp Liquid Gulcose 2 levelled
cups of sugar 1/2 tsp of
Vanilla essence 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of
water 3 tbsp of cocoa powder 1/2 cup
broken chikki

Method
:
Sieve cocoa and milk powder together cover
and keep aside.
Put sugar and water into a heavy pan. Heat
over gentle flame till sugar melts. rise
flame and boil the syrup to a multiple string
consistency.
Add butter , when butter melts add in the
sieved cocoa and milk powder. When thickens
remove and cook for 5mins.form into small
balls, stuff in the chikki peices, refrigerate
and use.
