Preparation
Time :15 minutes
Ingredients :
1/2 tin Milkmaid 1/2 kg curd 1
00 gms paneer 1 tsp mango essence
Pistas for garnishing

Method
:
Put curd in a muslin cloth and allow to
hang for c10 - 15mins.Press to make sure
that excess water is removed. Mash paneer
till smooth and creamy.
Blend with milkmaid and mango essence. Fold
in curd and chill till almost frozen.Garnish
with chopped pistas.
