Ingredients
:
1 tin milkmaid 150 gms of sugar
100 gms of white butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 gms dry nuts 1/4 ml of water

Method
:
Put sugar , water ,into a heavy pan heat
over slow fire till sugar melts. Add condensed
milk and stir over moderate flame.
Add butter time to time to avoid sticking
, when mixture is thick add essence and
nuts. When the toffee is set remove and
pour into a geased tray.
When cool cut into pieces.
