Orange Squash

Ingredients :
1/2 kg Sugar
1/4 litre Orange juice
1/4 litre Water
1 tsp Citric acid
1/4 tsp Orange colour
1/2 tsp Orange essence

For Preserving:
3 gms Potassium metabisulphate.

Method :
Dissolve sugar in water .Bring to boil .Then add citric acid & allow it to cool completely .Extract juice from the fruits and add it to the boiled syrup ,add colour as required .

For preserving dissolve potassium metabisulphate & add it to the syrup .
