Pizza

Ingredients :
240 gms Maida
2 tsp Dry yeast
120 ml Warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
1-2 tsp Oil

For Filling:
1/2 kg Blanched tomato finely chopped
1 Capsicum
50 gms Cheese
Salt
6 Flakes garlic (crushed)
2 Onions sliced finely
Chilli powder to taste



Method :
Seive maida & salt . Dissolve sugar in warm water & sprinkle dry yeast on top Whisk it well together and let it stand for few minutes till the yeast is frothy.

Add oil to the flour and add yeast & make a firm pilable dough .Knead for 7-8 minutes. Shape in 2 balls .Put in a greased bowl .Cover & leave to rise in a warm place till it doubles in bulk.

Turn out the dough in a floured bowl and knead lightly .Roll the dough to fit a pie dish .Place in a greased pie dish .Pour the tomato filling . Sprinkle cheese .

Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 10-15 minutes .Put capsicum slices & bake again.

Filling Of Pizza:
Fry the sliced onion in a little oil . Add tomatoes ,crushed garlic, salt, sugar & chilli .Cook till slightly thick.
