Ingredients
:
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Powdered sugar
2 tbsp Maida
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Jam

Method
:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add egg yolksone at a time & beat till
stiff again .Then add sugar a little at
a time & beat till the mixture is thick.
Seive the maida & baking powder together
3 times. Fold it into the mixture. Add essence
and pour into a well greased swiss roll
tin .Bake at 200 degree Celcius for 5-7
minutes.
Turn over the cake at once onto a dam cloth.
Quickly spread jam all over & roll the
sponge and re-roll it into powdered sugar.
