Ingredients
:
1 tbsp butter 3/4 kg tomatoes
3 tsp maida /cornflour salt, pepper,
chilli powder to taste 1 tsp sugar
50 gms cream

Method
:
Cut the tomatoes into small peices,add in
6-7 cups of water and let them boil.
When done strain the juice . In a vessel,
heat butter ,add maida /cornflour and fry.
Add the tomato juice, salt ,pepper and chilli
powder. Let it boil for 5 mins. Finally
add in fresh cream and serve hot.
