Ingredients
:
1/4 Kg Tomato
50 gms Kaju
1/4 Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Few corriander leaves
2 dsp Curd
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
3/4 litre Milk
1 Lemon

Method
:
Soak kaju for 1/2 hour. Boil milk and split
it with lemon juice.Strain through the muslin
, don't throw away the weigh. Immerse tomatoes
breifly in boiling water & mash or chop
finely.
Heat a little ghee & fry the tomatoes
till pulpy. Add haldi powder ,chilli powder
& salt. Add kaju ,sugar & a little
weigh and thicken the gravy.
Add paneer & cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add beaten curd ,garam masala . Serve hot
.Sprinkle with corriander leaves.
