Ingredients
:
250g bhendi
250g onions, chopped
3-4 green chilies, sliced long
coriander leaves
1/4 tsp haldi powder
2-3tbsps oil
pinch of hing
Salt to taste

Method
:
Wash the bhendi ,pat it dry and then cut
them into pieces.
Heat
oil in a kadai put a pinch of hing, green
chilies,chopped onions and cook for 18 mins
on low heat, by covering with a lid. Stir
occasionally. Now add ,haldi,salt, chopped
coriander leaves and stir well.
Serve
with hot parathas or Rotis with ghee on
it.
