Ingredients
:
6 baby Brinjal
2 onions, chopped finely
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp kobbari karam podi

Method
:
Wash and cut the brinjal into four, lengthwise,
to three-fourths of their length.
Take a wide pan,heat oil in it.Put a pinch
of hing,ginger-garlic paste , onions and
fry until golden brown.
Then add brinjal and fry on low heat until
they are tender. now add salt, kobbari karam
podi and fry for another 4 mins.
This
can be served as a side dish for parties.
