Ingredients
:
4 fresh Corn boiled in salty water
Green chilli paste (according to your taste)
Ginger paste
Salt to taste
1 cup yogurt mix with about 1 1/2 cup
of water
or use buttermilk mix with
3 tsp of besan
Dhana Jira powder
Sugar to taste
2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp jeera seeds
1 tsp rai
1/2 tsp haldi
corriander for garnishing

Method
:
In a deep pan, heat oil then add jeera &
rai. As the seeds splutter, add chilli paste
and ginger and saute for about 2 mins.
Then add yogurt mix with all other ingredients
with corn pieces.
Boil until the mixture looks like gravy.
Remove from gas add corriander while serving.
