Ingredients
:
1 kg Bhindi
3 small Onion ,Sliced
50 gm Cornflakes
5 -6 Green chillies
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp Corriander leaves,
Chopped
1 1/4 tsp Salt
Oil for Frying

Method
:
Cut bhindi into thin, long slices and deep
fry till crisp and golden.
Heat oil and fry onions till golden brown
and keep aside. Deseed green chillies and
cut into jullienes. Deep fry cornflakes
till golden brown and crumble.
Heat little oil in frying pan and add jeera
, green chillies and bhindi ,toss slightly.
Add seasoning. Garnished with corriander
leaves and cornflakes. Serve hot with roti
/ puri/ paratha.
