Ingredients
:
3-4 Potatoes, boiled
1/2 kg curd
11/2 tsp green chilies and
ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Jeera

Method
:
Beat thecurd well and keep aside in refrigerator
to cool. take kadai put little oil,when
heated put jeera, green chilies and ginger-garlic
paste fry for 2 minutes.
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces
and fry in the above paste. Add salt and
mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add the potato pieces to the curd and mix
well. Serve with vegetable pulao.
