Dahi Aloo

Ingredients :
3-4 Potatoes, boiled
1/2 kg curd
11/2 tsp green chilies and
ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Jeera

Method :
Beat thecurd well and keep aside in refrigerator to cool. take kadai put little oil,when heated put jeera, green chilies and ginger-garlic paste fry for 2 minutes.

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces and fry in the above paste. Add salt and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool.
