Preparation
Time : 25 minutes.
Cooking Time :20 minutes.
Ingredients :
3 large tomatoes
100 grams finely chopped mixed
boiled vegetables (french beans,
cauliflower, peas etc.)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
To be ground into a paste
1big onion
1tbsp dhaniya seeds
1tbsp jeera seeds
1tbsp khus-khus
2 tsp saunf
1big pieceof ginger
3 green chillies
3 elaichi
3 laung
3 sticks of dalchini

Method
:
Chop the tomatoes. Add 1 1/2 teacups of
water and cook them until soft & sieve
it to make a tomato puree.
Heat the oil and fry the paste for 3 - 4
mins. Add the tomato puree, vegetables,
sugar and salt mix well.
Serve hot with plain parathas.
