Ingredients
:
3 bunches Palak
A pinch of hing
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped finely
4 tbsp oil
2 onions, chopped
7 red chilies
1tsp chili powder
1/2tsp haldi powder
Salt to taste

Method
:
Clean Palak and chop them finely.keep it
aside. Heat oil in a pan put pinch of hing
chopped garlic, red chilies, chopped onions
and fry until golden in color.
Then add chili powder, haldi and fry for
few minutes. Now, add chopped Palak and
fry for few more minutes.
Add salt, cover the pan and cook until the
Palak gets tender. Serve hot with chapaties.
